A lot of netball has been played in the last week!

Last Wednesday was the Junior Catholic Quad tournament and then our Year 9 -13 teams competed in the Otago Secondary Schools Tournament on Sunday and Monday.
It was a big week of netball and great to see so many young players competing. All those netball fitness sessions start to pay off when the players have to play more than one game in a day. Years 9 and 10 teams were in both tournaments.
Hopefully, all players enjoyed competing with each other, building as a team and enjoying their netball. The 7 Gold team were unbeaten on the day and 8 Gold also had wins to help Trinity Catholic College win the Year 7 and 8 cup. The Year 9 and 10 teams contributed to the first-place tie with St Kevins College. We appreciated the senior students who helped coach and umpire on the day.
For the OSS tournament, the Senior A won 3 of their 4 games and the Junior A won two of theirs. We are grateful to all the adults who gave up their time on Sunday and Monday to coach, umpire, manage and support our teams.
