The College has a rich history when it comes to musical productions. Every year since the College was founded in 1989, the school has undertaken a major production offering daytime performances for local primary schools and evening performances for the wider community. (Unfortunately the musical was not able to go ahead in 2022 because of Covid-19 restrictions, but returned in 2023.) A significant number of students and staff are involved with the musical every year. In addition, there are often former students who return and assist with the musical in a variety of ways.

We pride ourselves on achieving a high quality production while also including all students who wish to be involved. Students can be part of the cast, members of the show band or join the technical production team.

Some of the musicals performed at the College in recent years include:

     Jesus Christ Superstar (2010)

     Grease (2011)

     Chicago (2012)

     Cabaret (2013)
