Three handball teams were entered in the local competition.

The senior boys and senior girls were both entered in the A grade of the competition. The boys finished first and the girls finished third, which is an amazing accomplishment in an all-boys grade.

The junior team played in the B grade of the competition, after finishing first in the junior grade in Term 1. A big thank you to the year 9 players who played for us during the last week of the competition when the year 10's were at camp. They faced many bigger and older teams and learned a lot throughout the year.

A big thank you to our coaches, Annalise Wilson, Madi Sutherland, Jack Harris, Pippa Sheriff and Kyran Edmunds who give up a lot of time to handball.

A big congratulations to Kyran Edmunds for making the NZ U18 team and ex-students Jack Harris, Archie Campbell and Graysen Thomson who are in the U20 NZ team. These young men are currently representing in the Cook Islands.
