Parent - Teacher Interviews (Year 7 – 13 Teachers)

These interviews are for your child’s subject teachers, including Year 7 – 9 Integrated Studies teachers.

Parent Interviews will be held on Tuesday 24th March and Wednesday 1st April in the College Gymnasium. We would strongly encourage students to attend with their caregivers. Interviews will be running from 2.00pm until 8.00pm with all staff taking a tea break from 5.15pm – 6.00pm.

On both Tuesday 24th March and Wednesday 1st April school will finish early at 1.30pm for students.

Buses will be running at the usual times on both these days and the Canteen will not be open for lunch.

You will need to know the names of your child’s subject teachers.

Bookings will be open from 9:15am on Friday 6th March and will close at 11:50pm on Sunday 22nd March for interviews on the 24th March and will close at 11:50pm on Monday 30th March for interviews on 1st April.

You will be emailed your schedule of interviews the day before your interviews are due to take place.

Please note - Mr Waterworth and Ms Bresanello will be unavailable for interviews on Tuesday 24 March so please book any interviews with them for the 1 April. Mrs de Vos and Mr Duncan will be unavailable for interviews on Wednesday 1 April so please book any interviews with them for the 24 March.

After logging on you can book interviews with each staff member.

You will be emailed a copy of your booking schedule the day before interviews.

Staff will be available for two blocks of interviews.

Block 1 - 2:00 to 5:15pm

Tea Break - 5:15 to 6:00pm

Block 2 - 6:00 to 8:00pm
