Hip Hop 2026

The Trinity Hip Hop Crews will compete later in the year in the Otago/Southland Hip Hop Competition (which usually takes place early in Term 3). Depending on the outcome of this competition, crews may then also participate in the National Competition (later in Term 3).

Practice for the hip hop crews will be before school (7.45am-8.45am), although the specific days have not yet been set.

Some previous dance experience is required, although this doesn't have to be hip hop experience.

Students who would like to be in a Trinity Hip Hop Crew should sign up here by 5pm on Friday 13 February and then they will take part in an audition so we can sort everyone into the different crews. Information about the audition will be provided after the sign up closes on 13 February. (Please note that students must use their school account to access this sign-up form.)
