A Cheesy Week in Level 1 Hospitality

The Level 1 Hospitality Class have been exploring the different classifications and aging processes of cheese.

While making cheese scones we had a focus on consistency within the batch, something that is essential in the hospitality industry.

To end our week we had a platter in the sun to explore the texture and flavour of 7 cheese varieties, many of which were new to the class. Well done to those brave enough to try the blue cheese!
