Entrepreneurial Edge is a new option offered in Years 7-9.
A Year 10 student kindly donated a pile of apples so the Entrepreneurial Edge students could gather ideas about how to use the apples to earn an income.
The students worked in groups to formulate their plans and potential revenue. Ideas included making juice, jelly, sponge, crumble, toffee apples, healthy apple slices, ice blocks and harvesting the seeds.
Students enjoyed eating the apples at the end of class, so it was a win-win lesson.
