Sophie Megget's Nationals Results

Sophie spent a weekend in Wellington for the New Zealand Junior National Diving Championships.
It was a tough field of very experienced divers. Although Sophie was one of the youngest and newest competitors in her events, she placed 6th in the 1m spring board and 7th in the 3m Springboard. She also teamed up with a diver from Hamilton and placed 3rd in the 3m synchro diving event.
She will be heading to Auckland in the school holidays to represent Trinity Catholic College at the New Zealand Intermediate and Secondary School National champs. She will also be attending a national training camp for all of the Junior New Zealand team athletes.
