Loving God, we thank you for the gift of a new day, which brings opportunities to learn, embrace friendships, and give thanks for the people who support and guide us.

In the season of Lent, we live in a world that can sometimes feel overwhelming with news of conflict, disasters, uncertainty, or even just personal issues. Help us to remember that we don't need to carry our worries alone.

In Philippians 4:6-7, we are reminded:

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

Lord, help us to live by these words. When we feel pressure from expectations and life's challenges, remind us that we can bring our worries to You. And by Your peace, we too, will find peace within ourselves.
