Year 9 Soft Toys Class

What a wonderful semester the Year 9 Soft Toys class has had, designing and producing their own pocket foodies and more recently their squish plushies! Students have followed the design process of sketching ideas, gaining feedback from peers then creating their pattern before making their unique toy. Along the way, they have developed practical skills in hand and machine sewing, cutting fabric accurately, inserting safety eyes and ensuring their toys are securely constructed. The final outcomes showcase a great range of unique designs!
