Inspired Learning for Year 11 History

In Year 11 History for Term 1, we focused on the Black Civil Rights Movement in the United States. We worked chronologically through slavery, reconstruction and the growth of the Black Civil Rights Movement. Throughout this topic, we also learned how to dissect primary sources, delve deeper into their strengths and limitations, and how this can affect the telling and remembering of history. We created this library display to demonstrate our learning about the amazing resilience and social actions taken by POC. We all enjoyed learning about this crucial part in history.
