Year 7 - 13 Parent - Teacher Interviews

(School will finish at 1.30pm on this day for all Year levels. PLEASE NOTE that the Library will also close at 1.30pm on this day).

Parent Interviews will be held on Term 3 Week 4, Thursday 13th August.

These interviews will be held in the College Gymnasium. We would strongly encourage students to attend with their caregivers. Interviews will be running from 2.00pm until 8.00pm with all staff taking a tea break from 5.15pm – 6.00pm.

You will need to know the names of your child’s subject teachers and Kaiārahi (Pastoral Group Teacher).

Bookings will be open from 9:10am on Thursday 23rd July and will close at 11:50pm on Tuesday 11th August.

After logging on you can book interviews with each staff member.

You will be emailed your schedule of interviews on Wednesday 12th August, after bookings close.

School will finish at 1.30pm on Thursday 13th August for all year levels.

Buses will be running at the usual times and the Canteen will not be open for lunch.

Staff will be available for two blocks of interviews

Block 1 - 2.00 to 5:15pm

Tea Break - 5:15 to 6:00pm

Block 2 - 6:00 to 8:00pm
