Parent-Teacher Interviews (Years 7 - 9)

These interviews are for caregivers and students in Year 7 - 9. Ako (Integrated Studies) Teachers along with Physical Education, Science, Numeracy and Options Teachers will also be available for interviews.

We would strongly encourage students to attend these interviews along with their caregivers. You will need to know the names of your child's teachers before starting to book interviews.

For students in 9ROHG, please book with the teacher called Robertson/Hughes for Integrated Studies, not with the individual teacher. For Students in 9MCHA, please book with the teacher called McGarry/Harris for Integrated Studies, not with the individual teacher.

These interviews will be held in the College Gymnasium.

A reminder of the times you have booked will be emailed to you on Monday 8 September. Interviews will be running from 2.00pm until 8.00pm with all staff taking a tea break from 5.30pm – 6.10pm.

Bookings will be open from 9:10am on Friday 22 August and will close at 11:50pm on Sunday 7 September.

After logging on you can book interviews with each staff member.

On Tuesday 9 September school will finish early at 1.25pm for students in Years 7 - 13.

Buses will be running at the usual times.

Staff will be available for two blocks of interviews

Block 1 - 2:00 to 5:30pm

Tea Break - 5:30 to 6:10pm

Block 2 - 6:10 to 8:00pm
