Strategic Planning Process

The Board has recently developed new draft strategic goals, based on the feedback many of you have contributed to in various ways, and with the various educational priorities and changes underway nationally in mind.
They would now like feedback on the direction suggested for 2024 and 2025, after which time a new Board will be in place and revised goals will be set.
You will be emailed a copy of the draft goals. Please feel free to give any feedback about these using either the google form link, by speaking to one of the board members, or by emailing board@trinity.school.nz
Please note, however, that the specific actions to work towards these goals will be part of the 2024 operational plan that is still under development.
