Trinity’s Got Talent 2025
By Tor Devereux | Posted: Wednesday October 1, 2025
At the end of last term, Trinity students and staff were treated to some wonderful entertainment thanks to all the students who took part in this year’s Trinity’s Got Talent shows.
There were two shows with students from Year 7 right through to Year 13 participating, and the different acts included bands, singing, guitar and piano playing, dancing, a violin duet, and comedy. A huge thank you to all the students who were brave enough to get up on the stage and perform in front of the school community, and also to the audiences who showed great respect and support for all the performers.
As usual, the students and staff got to vote for their favourite act at the end of each show and the winner of Trinity’s Got Talent for 2025 was The Late News, a band made up of Year 12 students - Joseph Kelly, Harry Lodge, Ché McGivern, and Akein Wickramagedara. We had joint runners-up this year - Molly Peters and duo Anamika Jones and Liam Davis. Congratulations!
Thank you to Arts Prefects Ariel Holloway and Lucas MacLeod who hosted Trinity’s Got Talent, the students who helped with tech and backstage support, all our fabulous performers who shared their talents with us, Ms Watts, Miss Ward, and everyone else involved with making this special annual event happen.
