O'Mathlon Competition for Senior Students

25 teams from around the city gathered for the annual senior O'Mathlon on Thursday 14 August at the Logan Park High School library. The competition was intense, with over 70 questions completed within a 2-hour time frame.

The competition was fun, with spot prizes and a few quirky team names. All participants enjoyed themselves a lot. 

Congratulations, especially, to one of our teams - Louis Le, Henry Le, Akein Wickramagedara and Joseph Kelly - for placing third. This is a real achievement given the calibre of the mathematicians from the various schools around Dunedin.
