Athletics Day 2026: Two Records Broken or Equaled!

On Friday 20th Feb we held our annual athletics sports. The weather gods held and a great day of community spirit and competition was in action.
A huge congratulations to our two record breakers. Thomas McEntrye who broke the 400m under 14 boys record held by Nick Robson since 1997. Thomas ran a time of 101.50 beating the previous record 101.73. Congratulations also to Tom Lanham who equalled the 1992 under 14 boys high jump record of a jump of 1.68m.
My thanks to all our wonderful staff who did their jobs on the day and helped to make the day run smoothly. We are already looking forward to 2027.
