Trinity Sport Performance Academy

Our 2026 Sport Performance Academy kicked off last week!
We are excited to announce that the Trinity Sports Academy has officially begun for 2026. Students nominated for the programme were notified earlier this term, and the first sessions started last week with a fantastic group of motivated athletes.
The Academy runs every week, with students attending strength and conditioning sessions at Am I Fit to develop their physical performance, movement quality, and resilience. In the alternate weeks, students take part in theory-based athlete development sessions, exploring areas such as goal setting, sport psychology, nutrition, and holistic athlete development. These sessions are designed to support students not only in their sport, but also in building habits and knowledge that will help them perform at their best both now and in the future.
We are excited to see what this group can achieve over the year and look forward to supporting them on their sporting journeys.
