Off to NZ National Gymnastics Championships

Good luck to Mila Ung (Y8), Amber Rasmussen (Y10), and Millie Vasa (Y9), who are off to Auckland next week to represent Otago at the XP NZ Gymnastics Championships, competing in rhythmic gymnastics.

All three girls have had a very successful competition season so far, travelling throughout New Zealand to represent GGI Rhythmic Gymnastics.

At next week’s Nationals, Amber (Level 7) will compete as an individual with her clubs, ball, and hoop routines. She will also take part in the Grade 4 group section with her four-person routine “Falling in Love.”

Mila (Level 6) will compete individually with her ball, ribbon, and free routines.

Both Millie and Mila will also take part in the Grade 3 group section as part of a five-person routine “Putting on the Ritz.”
