Enviroweek

Enviroweek was busy, full of learning and sustainable actions. There was chalk art, lessons about fast fashion and ocean pollution, a colouring competition, classes competing to pick up the most rubbish, a clothing swap, sustainable fashion day, a drone taking a photo, hearing from an inspirational ocean scientist, a talk at assembly, and a prayer for the week reflecting on our call to protect God's creation. The week ended with many of our school students choosing to have their voice heard by attending the Climate Strike in the Octagon.
The message was clear: now is the time to make small changes. We hope that the message lives on beyond enviroweek and everyone is able to implement one small change into their daily lives.
