Playhouse Theatre Dunedin: Pike River

This is an invitation on behalf of the Playhouse Theatre Dunedin.

If you have ever seen the movie ‘Scarfies’ (Uni of Otago student life) or ‘Out of the Blue’ (Aramoana shooting) then these movies were directed by Dunedin-born Rob Sarkies. His new movie ‘Pike River’ with Melanie Lynskie (Yellowjackets) and Robyn Malcolm (After the Party), is being premiered at Rialto on Sunday 19 October at 6:30pm and there will also be a Q & A session with Rob and his special guests Sonya Rockhouse and Anna Osbourne, the two women who the movie is based on. There will also be a Directors talk by Rob Sarkies at 2pm at the Playhouse Theatre, Albany street (seats are limited for this)
