Government-Subsidised Pharmacy Treatment for Young People

We are excited to be offering the newly announced government-subsidised service that you may have heard about. A lot of the services are targeted at under 14 year olds and their whānau, so we would appreciate your help to get the word out to your community about how our team are now able to help in ways we couldn't before.

Our pharmacists can now assess and treat five common childhood conditions for under-14s, on the spot, with no GP appointment needed: head lice, conjunctivitis, vomiting and diarrhoea, scabies, and pain and fever management.

Walk in, see one of us, and walk out with a plan and (when clinically appropriate) treatment that's fully funded for under-14s. The consultation itself is $20, or $5 with a Community Services Card.
