Trinity Students' Success in Debating Nationals!

Over the weekend, Trinity students: Chē McGivern as the third speaker and Akein Wicramagedara in reserves represented Otago in the NZ Schools Debating Competition. Despite narrowly missing the semi-finals, the team secured four wins, earning them 5th place.

Chē's exceptional debate skills were acknowledged with a highly commendable individual speaker award, a testament to his talent and dedication. Trinity celebrates Chē and Akein's accomplishment in representing our region at such a prestigious event.
