7&8 RIPPA TOURNAMENT

Recently four teams from across Yr 7&8 attended the Dunedin Rippa Day run by Otago Rugby.

The competition was tough but all teams handled themselves beautifully as they encountered some very slick teams.

There was no doubt that dedication, commitment and true 'Trinity Spirit' was in play at all times during the day. The full range of skill and speed of all players within this group, was clearly evident.

With a mix of novice and experience I must commend all teams for their efforts across the matches. A special mention to the Yr 7 RED team who narrowly missed out on the play offs after a run of very good wins.

Thanks to our Yr 9/10 coaches for their efficiency in warm ups/substitutions and to the great group of parents who supported us on the day.
