First Anniversary: Pope Leo the 14th

This week is the first anniversary of the election of Pope Leo the 14th. He is the 267th leader of the Catholic Church and the first American pope in history.

Elected on 8 May 2025, he is known for his kindness, love for sports, and his special concern for children's care and wellbeing. Pope Leo’s prayer intention for May is that everyone might have food.
