School Accounts
School Accounts can be accessed via Helix on your computer or by using the Helix App on your Smart Phone. The instructions on how to download Helix are attached in this newsletter. This is a great tool for monitoring your child's absences, accessing their record of learning, viewing their daily timetable and making payments.
Please note that Attendance Dues and Trinity School Accounts are different. Attendance Dues are payable to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Dunedin. Please do not pay your Attendance Dues to Trinity Catholic College. There is further information about attendance dues in the next article in this newsletter.
All other payments relating to school fees are payable to Trinity Catholic College. The Trinity Catholic College School Account details are as follows;

Please use "Credit" and your child's name as a reference when paying into this school account. School fees will include things such as camps, sports subs and trips, culture activities, class excursions, and voluntary donations.
It is a really good idea to start an Automatic Payment to help you manage and pay for school fees charged throughout the year. $15.00 per week is a good indication of what you will need to pay to ensure that all fees are covered by the end of the year. Thank you.
