Year 10 -13 Parent - Teacher Interviews

Parent Interviews will be held in Term 3 Week 5, Tuesday 12th August.

These interviews will be held in the College Gymnasium. We would strongly encourage students to attend with their caregivers. Interviews will be running from 2.00pm until 8.00pm with all staff taking a tea break from 5.15pm – 6.00pm.

You will need to know the names of your child’s subject teachers and Kaiārahi (Pastoral Group Teacher) when booking these interviews.

Bookings will be open from 9:10am on Friday 25th July and will close at 11:50pm on Sunday 10th August.

After logging on you can book interviews with each staff member.

You will be emailed your schedule of interviews on Monday 11th August, after bookings close.

Please note that school will finish at 1.30pm on Tuesday 12th August for all year levels because many Y7 – 9 students have options running from 2.00pm – 3.00pm and their teachers will be engaged in interviews.

Buses will be running at the usual times and the Canteen will not be open for lunch.

Staff will be available for two blocks of interviews;

Block 1: 2.00 to 5:15pm

Tea Break: 5:15 to 6:00pm

Block 2: 6:00 to 8:00pm
