Kahui Ako Social Justice Day: Cleaning up the Town Belt

Charli Innes and Cole Skipper initiated a successful collaborative rubbish clean up at the Town Belt as part of our 2023 Social Justice day.
A group of Year 10 students met with St. Joseph's students and teachers at 10am on Tuesday morning before heading up the hill to Robin Hood Park together.
From here we split into groups to cover a greater area. The St. Joseph's students worked alongside the Trinity Catholic College Year 10 students to collect any rubbish that they could find.
Collectively we were able to fill up several bags and left the town belt a little bit cleaner!
