Move for More Social Justice Event

This year we have an exciting new social justice project called Move for More. We plan for this to be a great social justice, individual challenge and Trinity community social event.

• Move for More is a fun walk and run event to raise money for those that don’t have the opportunities many of us take for granted.

• Move for More will raise money to support two charities that work to provide opportunities for young people who might otherwise miss out - Every Kid NZ and the Nano Nagle Trust. Our aim is to raise at least $5000 in total, $2500 for each charity.

• The idea is that participants will make a donation and also get friends and family members etc to make donations to the fund to encourage their effort.

• Move for More is on in the morning of Monday 27th of April which is the ANZAC Day public holiday - ANZAC Day is on the Saturday.

• The location is the West Harbour Track starting next to the OUSA Aquatic Centre.

• There will be a 10km walk, 10km fun run and half marathon run.

• The event will finish with a BBQ and social community time together.

• There will be spot prizes to give away!

Please think about supporting these great charities, challenging yourself to participate, and enjoying this Trinity community event!!

As well as students, we would like to invite and encourage family and other Trinity community members to participate.
