A leadership forum was held today for our Year 11 and 12 students

This morning, we asked the students a series of questions such as  'what does leadership look like?'. They were asked to talk about what they are looking for in their student leaders as well as question what motivated them when they were voting for their student leaders. These answers are being collated to share with them. 

Following that, six prefects for this year; Ella, Jemma, Shreenidhi, April, Cole and Tim volunteered to answer questions as part of a panel regarding their initial expectations of their roles, their highlights and challenges and final reflections. Their insight and honesty was impressive and a lot of wisdom from our young adults was shared with the group. 

The students learned the process for selecting prefects and they now have the holidays to consider if they would like to earn a role. A google form will be sent to them tomorrow and will close early next term.
