Celebrating Student Reading Success

The library has been buzzing with fun as we celebrated our awesome Year 7, 8, and 9 students!

Over the past two weeks, the library has hosted reading celebration parties for our Year 7, 8, and 9 classes. These events run alongside our year-long Trinity Reading Challenge and are a way to recognise the effort and dedication our students put into their reading.

At each celebration, we award two canteen vouchers — one to the student who has completed the most reading challenges, and another to a student chosen for being outstanding in class. The parties have been a lot of fun and a joy to provide for our hardworking students.

So far this year, 403 Trinity Reading Challenges have been completed — that’s an incredible 2,606 books read! I think you’ll agree this is an achievement worth celebrating.
