Sophie Shines off the Dive Board

Sophie competed for Trinity Catholic College at the South Island Schools Diving Championships last weekend.

Sophie was placed 2nd in the Junior High School Girls event - a very impressive result. Congratulations Sophie!

Hopefully more students from Trinity will sign up for Diving over the years ahead, and we may even get a few more in the competition next year. The South Island Diving Champs have a team event and it would be great for Trinity to be able to enter a team in 2027 if enough students are keen to try a new fun sport!

Keep up the great work Sophie.
