2026 Student Leaver User Accounts

While students attend Trinity Catholic College, they are provided with school accounts for email and saving their work. Please note that these accounts cannot be kept open indefinitely after leaving school.

For 2026 student leavers, school accounts will remain active until 8 January 2027, at which point accounts will be disabled and scheduled for deletion. Beyond this date, you will no longer be able to log in to these accounts (unless an exemption is approved in advance for special circumstances).

If you wish to keep any of your files or need to update services connected to your school email, please complete the following steps before 8 January 2027:

  1. Emails & Connected Accounts

    • Save Important Emails: Forward any emails you wish to keep from your school Gmail account to a personal email address.

    • Update Your Email Address: Let important contacts and organisations know your personal email address so they can reach you in the future.

    • Update Online Logins & Security: If you use your school email address to log in to online services (such as social media, gaming accounts, Apple ID, or banking)—or use it to receive security codes or password reset links—be sure to update those accounts to your personal email address now so you don't get locked out.

  2. Personal Files & Schoolwork

    • Save Files You Want to Keep: If you have personal files, projects, photos, or coursework saved in school accounts—such as Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Apple iCloud, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other platforms—download and save them to a personal computer, external hard drive, or personal cloud account.

  3. Microsoft Office

    • Office Programs: Your access to school-provided Microsoft Office will end when accounts are disabled. If you are moving on to a tertiary institution, your new provider may provide you with Microsoft Office. Otherwise, you can choose to buy a personal Microsoft subscription or use free alternative software (such as Google Docs or LibreOffice).
