Roblox's new feature and its implications

Roblox is accessed by students in our school. It is blocked during school hours but it may well be popular out of school time. Safe on Social have published an article outlining the implications of its announcement to launch real-world shopping within its platform. Children can now shop within this site so the lines between playing, advertising and influencing become blurred. This is particularly significant because a significant number of the 98 million users of this site are under 13.
